Dumbo has been the subject of many WDCC releases since its inception from Members Only releases (member gift, animators choice and ornaments) and stand alone releases (Dumbo with Mr. Stork and Casey, Jr.), but 2003 marks the 1st scene release from this film and the addition of an Opening Title.
