The Timothy Mouse pin was a part of a special Walt Disney Collectors Society promotion in conjunction with the 1998 Fall Dumbo Event: "When I See an Elephant Fly". Collectors who attended the event and signed up a new WDCS member received the Timothy pin as a special gift.
